  • Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1 year warranty.

    If your jewelry needs renewal of plating, please contact us to send it to us and we will send it back to you free of charge.

    We will charge a small fee for renewals of plating after termination of 1 year warranty.

    If for any reason any other problem occurs with an item you purchased, you may contact us and we will fix it for you and send it back to you free of charge.

  • Shopping on our website is easy and intuitive.

    Select the items you would like to purchase, select the size / color of plating / color combination in the items in which they are offered and click “add to cart”.

    To see the items in your cart click the shopping bag icon on the bar at the top of the page. when you are done selecting your items proceed to checkout.

    This is the page where you can insert a coupon code (if you have one). Check the box in which you agree to our terms of use. If you would like to receive information about new collections, sales and discount coupons make sure the second box is checked as well.

  • For those who are allergic to nickel we are happy to provide nickel-free plating on all of items, upon special request.

    Please state in the message box at checkout you would like to order your items in nickel-free plating. Processing time for nickel-free orders can take up to one month (since it is a special order) but normally much less.

     Please note, ALL of the hoops and hooks for our hanging earrings are nickel free plated. The ear rods for post earrings are sterling silver and are not plated to reduce sensitivity.
